He was speaking at the ‘Life is Beautiful’ lecture series during a get-together organized by the Real Estate Association at the Bhimsen Joshi Art Gallery, Sahakar Nagar.
On this occasion, writer and senior journalist Digambar Darade and veteran journalist Sanjay Kadu were felicitated with the Awaaz Janatecha award. Mangesh Patil, Secretary of the Association of Service Providers, was also honored for his notable contributions to social service.
Association President Sachin Shingvi stated that the organization is active not only in business but also in social causes. Over the past three years, they have continuously advocated for not increasing the stamp duty, engaging in dialogue with the Chief Minister, Revenue Minister, and Registration Inspectors to highlight the concerns of unorganized buyers.
Additionally, the association has communicated with the Pune Police Commissioner to address public difficulties regarding the online police verification of rental agreements. Efforts have also been made to follow up on various other issues.
