Real Estate Association Get-Together Held with Great Enthusiasm

The Real Estate Association organized a guidance seminar and a get-together at the Pandit Bhimsen Joshi Art Gallery in Sahakarnagar. The event saw the participation of keynote speaker Ganesh Shinde along with Association President Sachin Shingvi, Vice President Ravindra Choukase, Treasurer Umashankar Yadav, Secretary Rajendra Doshi, Anil Patil, Ganesh Shelar, Kailas Fofaliya, Ganesh Ghumme, Sachin Katre, S.K. Shingvi, Prashant Gandhi, and Shantilal Bora. The program was compered by Ravindra Choukase.
For the past fifteen years, the Association has consistently been organizing such get-togethers and guidance seminars for its members. In previous years, renowned personalities like retired Judge Suhas Deodhar, Adv. Yashwant Kharade, Dr. Baba Adhav, Brigadier Sunil Shrivastava, Adv. Pramod Bendre, Shantilalji Kataria, Anantrao Sardeshmukh, Dwarkaprasad Jalan, Dr. Dattaji Kohinkar, and Sharad Tandle have addressed these events.
While providing information about the Association’s initiatives, President Sachin Shingvi stated that the Association is active not only in the business sector but also plays a proactive role in social issues. Over the past three years, they have raised concerns with the Chief Minister, Revenue Minister, and Registration Officers regarding the need to avoid increasing stamp duty, advocating on behalf of unorganized buyers.
The Association also engaged in dialogue with the Pune Police Commissioner to resolve public difficulties regarding online police verification for rental agreements.
During the event, the Awaaz Janatecha journalism award was presented to writer and senior journalist Digambar Darade and crime beat journalist Sanjay Kadu. Secretary of the Association of Service Providers, Mangesh Patil, was also honored for his notable contributions to social service.
