Hot & Cold Water Dispenser Donated at Sub-Registrar Office, Haveli No. 3, Hadapsar
At the office of the Registration and Stamps Department, Sub-Registrar Haveli No. 3, Hadapsar, Pune, a hot and cold water dispenser was donated on behalf of the Association of Service Providers, Maharashtra State, Pune, represented by Mr. Sachin Shingvi, Adv. Aparna M. Kashid (Patil), and Shivay Services (ASP), Hadapsar, Pune by Mr. Magardhwaj Kashid.
The dispenser was officially inaugurated on March 28 by Officer-in-Charge Mr. Yogesh Zhoting, with the support of Mr. Vishnu Amale. On the occasion, Adv. Vaishali Shingvi, lawyers from Mega Center, Hadapsar, and local citizens were also present.
☀️ AC Facility Now Available Amid Rising Temperatures
With rising summer temperatures, an air-conditioning system (AC) has been initiated at the Sub-Registrar Office, Haveli No. 3, Hadapsar, Pune, thanks to the initiative taken by Mr. Vishnu Amale, Officer, Sub-Registrar Office.
The Association has consistently been making representations to Mr. Santosh Hingane, Sub-Divisional Registrar (Class 1) and Stamp Duty Collector, Pune City, demanding better facilities for lawyers and citizens visiting for document registration. The administration has positively responded by initiating modern upgrades at sub-registrar offices, which is warmly welcomed by the Association and the people of Pune.
💧 Modern Drinking Water Facility for Summer
“Recognizing the need for social responsibility during the summer, a modern water dispenser has been installed to ensure that thirsty citizens, parties to documents, lawyers, and staff can get access to cold drinking water while visiting for registration work,” said Adv. Aparna M. Kashid.
“Summer heat was affecting small children and senior citizens. Hence, we’ve started an air-conditioned setup for everyone’s comfort,” shared Mr. Vishnu Amale, Officer, Sub-Registrar Office, Haveli No. 3, Hadapsar.
“With the availability of cold water in this summer heat, citizens will definitely benefit greatly,” stated Mr. Yogesh Zhoting, Officer-in-Charge, Sub-Registrar Office, Haveli No. 3, Hadapsar.
“Just complaining is not enough. To truly help the public, social responsibility must also be taken. This initiative will definitely benefit both citizens and lawyers,” said Mr. Sachin Shingvi, President – Association of Real Estate Agents and Association of Service Providers, Maharashtra State.
